Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We have very few returns, thanks to our dedicated team that carefully inspects each product before shipping and provides pre-shipment video confirmation to ensure everything meets your expectations.
To ensure customer satisfaction, you have 7 days from the moment your package arrives to notify us of any defects or issues with your products.
If we do not hear any complaints within 7 days, we will assume that you are satisfied with your order and no issues exist.

Defective products or mistakes (wrong size or model): We will cover the return or exchange shipping costs. (Due to the special nature of the product, we cannot provide a return label. Please pay the shipping cost upfront and contact our customer service to reimburse you once the item is sent.)

Size selection errors or personal preference: If the return is due to selecting the wrong size or simply personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please double-check the size before placing your order.
